Chartered Financial Analyst®
A Chartered Financial Analyst®, or CFA®, is a professional designation given by the CFA Institute (formerly AIMR). Candidates are required to pass three levels of exams covering ethical and professional standards, security analysis and portfolio management. Certified Public Accountant
A Certified Public Accountant, or CPA, is a professional license issued by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy to practice the profession of Accounting. Licensed CPAs have passed the Certified Public Accountant examination and met the minimum experience requirement. License renewal requires completion of 120 credits of continuing professional education during the immediately preceding triennial period of licensure.
